The first FSW concert features music inspired by areas of the South. Audiences will experience a wide tapestry of sounds as they journey from the Appalachian mountains with Thomas’s Shenandoah, through the Gulf of Mexico area with William Grant Still’s From the Delta, all the way to the tip of Florida with University of Miami’s own Kevin Day’s Havana, culminating in Grantham’s’ Southern Harmony.
