The Wind Symphony and Symphony Band celebrate 100 years of bands on campus. The bands will perform a variety of standard and contemporary compositions for wind band as we honor the past and look toward the future. Music includes Jodie Blackshaw’s Symphony No. 1, William Goldstein’s Colloquy for Trombone and Symphonic Band, Cade Passe, trombone soloist (2020 Concerto Competition Winner), and Karel Husa’s monumental composition Music for Prague 1968. Dr. John R. Stewart and Dr. Phillip Ostrander, conductors.

Cade Passe

Cade Passe, 2020 Concerto Competition Winner, is a junior Music Major at UW - EAU CLAIRE. He is a student of Dr. Phillip Ostrander. Cade performs in the Wind Symphony, Jazz I, and the University Symphony Orchestra.
